this will be the most radical unlimited autograss saloon in the
country.
2 years in
the building, it features:-
1. A 1350cc
fuel injected, supercharged,intercooled, Ford OHV engine on GEMS
engine management
2. A Hewland
FGB Transaxle
3. SAW
Performance Drive shafts and Mckenzies Race CV Cages and High
Misalignment Boot Holders.
4. Prolinx
designed full rising-rate push rod rear suspension
5. Fox
series 2 off road coil overs with dual spring adaptors
6. Willwood
four pot calipers and Brake Disks.
A great deal
off time was spent trying to ensure the body shell was as rigid
as possible and as the rules do not allow full space frames it was
neccessary to look at the way the front suspension was connected
to the main bodyshell. This in turn was stiffened as much as rules
allow while trying to minimise unneccessary weight. Current weight
